About these terms

These terms apply to everything on loschazgames.com: the six games, the six free tools and every other page. The site is published by Alexei Garzosch, trading as LoschaZ Games (“LoschaZ”, “we”); the legal notice has the full details. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

A free service

Every game and tool is free to use, with no account and no payment. LoschaZ is funded by advertising on content pages, as described in the privacy policy.

We keep improving the site, so we may change, pause or retire a game, a tool or a feature at any time. We do our best to keep everything available, but we cannot promise that the site will always be online or free of errors.

Playing the games

You may play the games for your own enjoyment. Please do not cheat in ways that affect other players, attack or overload our servers or the online co-op relay, try to get around technical limits, or copy, re-host or embed the games elsewhere without our permission.

Game progress is saved in your browser on your device. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers or devices, or a game update can remove saves, so we cannot guarantee that progress is kept. In online co-op, share room codes only with people you know and pick a display name that does not offend or impersonate anyone; we may close rooms that are used to disrupt other players.

Using the tools

The tools help with everyday tasks. You decide what to put into them and what to do with the results, and you are responsible for checking a result before you rely on it, send it or publish it.

Images you edit

Only open and edit images in Image Studio that you own or have permission to use, and respect the rights and privacy of the people shown in them. Do not use it to create content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights or is meant to deceive, harass or harm anyone.

Resumes and documents

Resume Studio prepares documents from the details you enter. Please check names, dates and contact details before you send an application; the templates do not guarantee any result with an employer.

Fair use of the Website Status Checker

The Website Status Checker is for occasional checks of public websites, one at a time. Do not use it for automated or bulk requests, monitoring, scanning, or to probe, attack or overload any website or network. Rate limits apply, and we may block requests that look like abuse.

Estimates are not advice

The Calculator and its percentage calculator, unit converter, date calculator and loan calculator give estimates for information only. Results depend on the values you enter and on rounding, and they are not financial, tax, legal or other professional advice.

LoschaZ is not a lender, bank, broker or credit intermediary and does not offer or arrange loans. Before a financial decision, check the figures with your lender or a qualified adviser; the actual terms of an offer are always the ones in the lender’s documents.

Your content and outputs

What you create with the tools belongs to you: edited images, resumes, letters, calculations and other results. You keep all rights to the content you put in, and you give us no license to it. Most tools process it only in your browser, so we never receive it; the privacy policy explains what each tool sends, if anything.

Our content and licenses

The games, artwork, code, texts and the LoschaZ Games name and logo are protected by intellectual property law and remain ours, as set out in the legal notice. Using the site gives you no rights to them beyond normal personal use.

Open-source components, fonts, models and word lists stay under their own licenses, listed on each tool’s credits page. Where such a license gives you more rights for that component, the license applies.

No guarantees

We build the games and tools carefully, but they are provided as they are and as available. We do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under French and European law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, LoschaZ is not liable for indirect damage, for lost game progress or unsaved documents, for decisions you make based on a tool’s result, or for content and services of other websites we link to. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, for death or personal injury, or in any other case where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Links and other services

Pages with ads show advertising from Google, and some pages link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them; we are not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at contact@loschazgames.com, so we can try to find a solution together. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim before the courts the law allows.
