How to make your grocery list
Add your items
Type into each aisle – suggestions appear as you type – or tap an empty line in the preview. Add a quantity if you like.
Arrange the page
Two or three columns, more or fewer empty lines, your own aisles in your shop’s order.
Print it or take it along
Download the PDF, share the list in a message, or keep the page open in the shop and tick items off.
What you can plan with it
At home: a cleaning schedule for the family or a shared flat, a meal plan with the shopping list next to it, a weekly planner for the fridge, a chore chart with the children’s names in the rows.
At school and university: a timetable with lesson times, a homework or study plan, a reading list with checkboxes.
At work: a staff or shift schedule for a shop, café, practice or care team, a cleaning checklist for the office or the kitchen, a weekly team plan for the noticeboard.
For yourself: a habit tracker (custom grid with checkboxes), a workout plan, a to-do list for today, this week and later.
Printing tips
Print at “actual size” or 100 % so the margins stay even. Seven-day plans read best in landscape, lists in portrait. The plain design and the light themes use very little ink; a laminated plan works with a dry-erase marker week after week.
Good to know
All pages of a planner go into one PDF, so a cover, a meal plan and a shopping list print together. Your planner stays saved in this browser until you start over; to move it to another device, download the PDF. Planner Studio works in current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on phones, tablets and computers.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the grocery list on my phone?
Yes. Open the page in the shop and tick items off – the list stays saved in your phone’s browser. “Share list” sends it as text to a message or a notes app.
Can I print a blank shopping list?
Yes. Leave the aisles empty and set the empty lines you need: you get a blank grocery list with checkboxes to fill in by hand, as many copies as you like.
Is Planner Studio free?
Yes – every page, design and PDF is free, with no account and no watermark. You can print as many copies as you like, at home or at work.
Are my plans uploaded?
No. Everything you write stays in your browser on this device, and the PDF is made right here. Nothing is sent to our server.
A4 or US Letter – which should I choose?
A4 is the paper size in Europe and most of the world; US Letter is used in the United States and Canada. Pick the one in your printer – the layout adjusts to both.
Can I edit my planner later?
Yes. It is saved in this browser automatically, so you can come back, change a box and print a new copy. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
Can I use the plans for my business?
Yes. Work schedules, cleaning checklists and team plans printed with Planner Studio are yours to use in your company, practice or shop, free of charge.
